The Boat 'Lune de Mer" (the Moon of Sea) was born thanks to Patrick Lihurt who in 1999 ordered the architect Marc Ginisty to build it on the building site M.G.M.
At the end of 1999, on its board, in solo and rowing, Patrick Lihurt carried out a transatlantic crossing and rejoined the Canaries to the Guadeloupe in 67 days (exceeding 30 years previous record).
Then in 2003, Anne Quéméré renames the boat "Conetable" to launch out the crossing of the Atlantic which it will carry out in 57 days (female world record).
